The Giving Hands Consortium is a private membership association of Generous Funders, headquartered in Akron City in the United States; whose joint purpose is to help alleviate poverty in Africa by strengthening the small-scale businesses and the hawking ventures. This is achievable by financially assisting individual hawkers and small-scale business owners, with non-repayable small funds (ranging from Ksh 5,000 to Ksh 20,000), to boost their business activities.
